Twelve chefs are split into teams on a remote island and must create three-course meals for the judges without traditional tools or electricity.

2. Dig In or Go Home

The remaining 11 chefs must dig up their basket ingredients and transform the mix of high-quality and low-quality items into five family-style dishes.

3. Dive Deep

In a high-risk challenge, the 10 remaining chefs must dive into choppy waters to retrieve their basket ingredients.

4. Choose Your Weapon

The teams must choose their weapons and hit their targets to earn high-value ingredients. In a relay-style cook, each team creates one cohesive dish.

5. You're on Your Own, Kid

The chefs must navigate the dense jungle with only a compass to locate their baskets. In round one, each chef is pushed to define their point of view.

6. Catch Me If You Can

The remaining six chefs wade into the lagoon to secure their protein. In a fiery Gauntlet showdown, the bottom two chefs face a prickly crustacean.

7. Stay Afloat

Risk and reward collide when the final five chefs race into open water to retrieve their protein, with the most desirable ingredients far from shore.

8. Escape the Island

The final four chefs battle over three rounds utilizing smoke, an outdoor oven, and the fire dome to win $100,000 and be crowned the champion.
