1. Episode 1

A career woman marries a single father with a young daughter and suddenly finds herself in the hitherto unknown world of housework and childrearing.

2. Episode 2

Akiko has moved in with Ryoichi and his daughter Miyuki and she’s doing her best to be an ideal wife and mother.

3. Episode 3

No one shows up for Miyuki's house party. The reason is Akiko has annoyed the other PTA parents by demanding a logical explanation for everything.

4. Episode 4

Miyuki has started to wonder why her dad, Ryosuke, married her step-mom, Akiko.

5. Episode 5

Ryosuke asks Akiko to marry him because he has cancer. He wants his daughter, Miyuki, to have a mother to look after her once he is gone.

6. Episode 6

Miyuki tells Akiko she wants to be a day trader like her because “it looks easy”. Akiko starts a new job to show Miyuki the importance of hard work.

7. Episode 7

Akiko learns that the bakery she is working at is nearly bankrupt. But before getting the shop back on its feet, she must motivate its owner, Akira.

8. Episode 8

Akiko is busy getting ready for the bakery’s grand reopening, trying everything she can think of to ensure its success.

9. Episode 9

Akiko’s and Mugita’s efforts pay off at the bakery's grand reopening. Miyuki, though, is disturbed by Mugita’s apparent crush on Akiko.

10. Episode 10

It’s been a decade since Akiko and Miyuki became stepmom and stepdaughter. While it wasn’t always easy, with support, they became a true family.
