The chefs create a three-course menu incorporating truffles and wine pairings at a Tuscan vineyard.

The seven remaining chefs have their skills tested with a menu based around the prized Bistecca alla Fiorentina.
5. A Bridge Too Farro
After an invaluable cheese tasting, two team captains must purchase their main ingredients BEFORE they are given the details of the challenge.
6. Final Four
The four remaining chefs battle it out in a wild boar challenge to win a spot in the final round.
7. A Tuscan Redemption
Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini invite some "familia" back to the villa for one last chance at redemption.
8. Last Chef Standing
Previously eliminated chefs have a cooking duel to join the finalists for a chance to win a culinary education with renowned chefs across Italy.
